17MedSpa Services and Products. At 17MedSpa, all sales are final. This applies to treatments, product purchases, and any complimentary items or services provided. Unused treatments are non-transferable to other individuals. In the rare instance that 17MedSpa, at its sole discretion, decides to issue a refund, it will be provided in the form of store credit only. Store credits are valid for two years from the date of issuance.

Payment, Deposit & Appointment Policy
All Sales Final
All sales are final. All payments, deposits, and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable to another client or location, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Deposit Policy
To secure an appointment, a deposit is required:
- $50 deposit is required for BOTOX® appointments
- $150 deposit is required for dermal filler treatments
- For customized treatments or treatment packages, an initial deposit of 30% of the total treatment value is required to reserve the appointment, and remaining balance is collected on the first day of the actual treatment. This excludes patients who paid via Cherry payment plan.
All deposits are applied toward the total cost of the treatment and are **not additional fees.
Late Arrival Policy (All Treatments)
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. Late arrivals affect subsequent appointments.
- If you arrive late, treatment time may be shortened to accommodate the remaining schedule
- The clinic will make reasonable efforts to proceed with the treatment if time permits
- If insufficient time remains, the appointment may be rescheduled to another day
- The reserved appointment fee, deposit, or session will be deducted regardless of rescheduling
Cancellation & No-Show Policy (All Treatments & Packages)
If you decide not to proceed with a scheduled treatment:
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit
- For package-based treatments, the missed appointment will be counted as one used session
- Missed appointments cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited back
Any deposits or payments not used due to cancellation may be retained as store credit, at the discretion of the clinic.
Package Scheduling Policy
Clients who purchase treatment packages may schedule sessions in advance. However:
- Each scheduled appointment is reserved time and impacts clinic operations
- Repeated late arrivals or no-shows may result in limitations on advance scheduling
Exceptions
Exceptions for late notice cancellation or no-show may be made only in rare and extenuating circumstances, at the sole discretion of the clinic.

By booking an appointment or purchasing a treatment or package with us, you acknowledge and agree to the above Payment, Deposit, Late Arrival, Cancellation, No-Show, and Package Policies.
